At Orchid we like to keep things simple so we have one standard delivery charge. 

We use Parcel Force 48hrs 

We aim to get all orders to you within 3-5 days from order, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.

We are currently working on our shipping costs and looking for options for smaller items so bare with us. 

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your orchid purchase, the we are extremely sorry. 

Email us here @ info@orchidlifestyle.co.uk   to let us know it will be arriving back to us. 

To arrive with us with 14 days of delivery to you. 

To be in original unused condition and packaging. 

We are really sorry but the return cost is yours. 

This said we sincerely hope we don't get very many of these.

 

Damaged

If the item is damaged on arrival then obviously we will sort a replacement. 

Just email us here @ info@orchidlifestyle.co.uk with a picture of the damage and we will do the rest.
